  • the challenge takes place on HeadSpace (app)

  • to take part in the challenge, install HeadSpace on your phone & join the free 14-day trial through this link (you will not be charged - after the challenge, I encourage you to keep on using the app, however if you do not want to, you can cancel your subscription before the free trial expires with no costs involved)

  • the challenge is completely free & everyone is welcome!

  • every morning I will be posting the meditation we will be doing that day on my Stories (@heyits_maja) & in the evening, collecting your reports!
